We want you to be completely satisfied with your Parittura subscription. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, giving you the opportunity to try our platform risk-free, but also ensuring that our service is not abused by malicious users.
Overture is not a tier per-se, but a one-time buy-in to try out a bit of what our platform has to offer. It is not a subscription, it lasts one week, does not allow buying more credits, and it is already very cheap. Therefore, no refunds are accepted for this purchase specifically.
You are eligible for an immediate, no-questions-asked full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
Note: We encourage you to experiment with free models a bit, if you don't see potential in our platform and find no reason to try better models, you can request a refund right away and we will be happy to refund in less than 24 hours. Free models are way weaker than paid models, even very cheap ones, and may fail to use tools effectively, coordinate, integrate project components and use Partitura reliably. They do not represent the full capabilities of Symphonietta and Symphony tiers with paid models, but you can have a pretty good idea of what our platform is about and if it fits your needs.
If your subscription renewed automatically and you did not intend to continue:
If your subscription is between 7-10 days old, or if it had minimal credit usage:
When requesting a refund within the 7-day window, you may optionally request complete deletion of all your data from our servers, including anonymous usage data. The only real personal data stored at our servers is your email. If you want it deleted, you have every right to request it at anytime.

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Partitura after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Terms are unlikely to change and we are going to notify every user via email if we ever do so.
