Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Parittura subscription. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, giving you the opportunity to try our platform risk-free, but also ensuring that our service is not abused by malicious users.

Overture (Symphony 'trial')

Overture is not a tier per-se, but a one-time buy-in to try out a bit of what our platform has to offer. It is not a subscription, it lasts one week, does not allow buying more credits, and it is already very cheap. Therefore, no refunds are accepted for this purchase specifically.

Symphonietta & Symphony Subscriptions

Immediate Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for an immediate, no-questions-asked full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Less than 7 days have passed since your initial subscription or renewal date
  • You have NOT used any paid credits since last renewal date (credits remain intact)

Note: We encourage you to experiment with free models a bit, if you don't see potential in our platform and find no reason to try better models, you can request a refund right away and we will be happy to refund in less than 24 hours. Free models are way weaker than paid models, even very cheap ones, and may fail to use tools effectively, coordinate, integrate project components and use Partitura reliably. They do not represent the full capabilities of Symphonietta and Symphony tiers with paid models, but you can have a pretty good idea of what our platform is about and if it fits your needs.

Automatic Renewal Refunds

If your subscription renewed automatically and you did not intend to continue:

  • If you have NOT used a single credit since renewal, you are eligible for a full refund
  • Refund request submitted within 7 days of renewal

Case-by-Case Review (7-10 Days)

If your subscription is between 7-10 days old, or if it had minimal credit usage:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed individually
  • We will consider factors such as usage patterns, bugs, misunderstandings and other circumstances
  • Approval is not guaranteed but will be evaluated fairly. I've developed this platform alone for the last few years, and work a fulltime job developing at one of the most powerful tech companies in the world. I assure you that unfairly tricking people is NOT the future I invested thousands of hours and dollars into.

Data Deletion Option

When requesting a refund within the 7-day window, you may optionally request complete deletion of all your data from our servers, including anonymous usage data. The only real personal data stored at our servers is your email. If you want it deleted, you have every right to request it at anytime.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@partitura-ai.com with your account email and subscription details
  2. Include Details: Specify your subscription tier, purchase date, and reason for refund. If you want to delete your data, include that as well. (no need to explain too much if you fit the criteria for immediate refund!)
  3. Processing Time: Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, as per Stripe policy.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, as per Stripe policy.

Important Notes

  • Credit Usage: Once you consume any paid credits, you are no longer eligible for an automatic refund
  • Free Models: Free models available at all tiers do not consume any credits
  • Paid Models: Any usage of paid models (even at low cost) consumes credits and affects refund eligibility
  • Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but DOES NOT automatically trigger a refund!
  • Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for partially consumed subscription periods

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Partitura after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Terms are unlikely to change and we are going to notify every user via email if we ever do so.
