Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 15, 2025
1. Introduction
Partitura ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our multi-agent AI orchestration platform.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you sign in via OAuth (GitHub, Google), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from the authentication provider.
- Payment Information: Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers, neither any other payment information or previous payments details, but we do store the operations performed by your account for auditing and compliance purposes (e.g 'User X bought 100 credits on 2026-02-14').
- Project Data: Code, configurations, and content you create We do not store any of your project data on Partitura servers, it is stored locally on your machine and doesn't even go through any proxy. As such, it is not possible for us to recover any of your data if you lose it, you are responsible for your own data, it's recommended to use git for version control or at least keep a backup system. Git compatibility is available, but only using your own credentials and repositories like Claude Code or Codex would do, for example, Partitura will not ask for your Github credentials or access to your remote repositories, it will have the permissions you allow any terminal to have.
- AI Agent Configurations: Settings, preferences, logs, prompts and other information are ALSO stored locally on your machine. When you report a bug, the recent logs <strong>can optionally</strong> be sent to us for analysis and debugging purposes, but only if you explicitly consent to it (please do so when reporting a crash/issue, it's very hard to understand the context without the provided logs, since we have no information about what your agents were doing without them).
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, actions taken, and time spent.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Log Data: Server logs, error reports, and performance metrics.
- Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve user experience.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Providing the Service and supporting you when you allow the use of your account data for such
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions
